Pearl Pereira Named President of Orange County WEC

Iris Environmental is pleased to announce that Pearl Pereira, a senior scientist in our Irvine office, has been named President of the Orange County Chapter of the Women’s Environmental Council. The WEC is a non-profit organization, made up of women professionals in various environmental fields, whose mission is to enrich the community through leadership, education, communication, and environmental activities. Congratulations, Pearl!

Iris Environmental Announces the Hiring of Sandy Stevens

Iris Environmental is pleased to announce that Sandy Stevens has joined us as a Principal in our environmental due diligence practice area. Sandy comes to us from Catellus Development Corporation where she held the position of Associate Vice President, Environmental Services for six years. In that capacity, Sandy was responsible for directing and managing all of Catellus' environmental programs including site assessments, remediation, environmental insurance placements, and tenant screenings. Prior to her tenure at Catellus, Sandy directed the environmental compliance activities for both a major sugar refinery on the mainland, and affilated Hawaiian operations including sugar and coffee plantations, trucking operations, water supply systems, and real estate holdings.

Iris Environmental is excited to announce our move from our old location in the historic Cathedral Building, to our new location in the newly renovated Oakland Athletic Club building on Webster Street.
